Classes

ChannelSettings

Represents the settings of one channel, kept only for a channel whose settings differ from the defaults.

ImGuiColormapRangeSlider

Provides a gradient colorbar with two draggable handles that compress a colormap's full dynamic range into the interval between them, similar to a gradient-stop editor. The bar's left/right edges represent a fixed data domain; the handles represent an adjustable sub-range within that domain that is mapped to the full colormap. Outside the handles the bar shows the colormap's clamped start/end color.

ImGuiEventView

Shows the waveforms of the events detected on each channel, such as threshold crossings, as persistence: every waveform added is drawn once into a density that is kept until cleared, so waveforms of different shapes on a channel show as separate bands, a rare one beside a common one. Each channel's event rate is kept alongside.

ImGuiPalette

Provides the house color swatches layered on top of Dear ImGui's dark theme, in Dear ImGui's packed 0xAABBGGRR format. Each summary gives the color as sRGB hex.

ImGuiProbeSelector

Provides an ImGui view of a probe: a minimap of the whole probe, and a zoomable view of part of it in which contacts can be selected by dragging.

ImGuiWidgets

Provides customized ImGui widgets shared by Open Ephys interfaces.

RowOrder

The channel each row of an owner's data shows, where each row lies down the plot, and which lane it is in.

StandardColumns

Provides the control strip columns for the settings every waveform viewer has.

WaveformScope

Provides a sink that shows a sequence of channel-by-sample matrices as a live multi-channel waveform viewer.

WaveformScopeBuilder

Provides the pass-through node a waveform viewer opens on, holding the display settings every waveform viewer shares, which are saved with the workflow.

WaveformScopeBuilder<TSource>

Provides the pass-through node a waveform viewer opens on, for a sequence of a single element type.

WaveformScopeVisualizer

Provides a type visualizer that shows a WaveformScope's matrices as a live multi-channel waveform viewer.

WaveformScopeVisualizerBase

Provides an abstract base class for type visualizers that show a WaveformScopeBuilder's data as a live multi-channel waveform viewer.
